Recipe: Chocolate Rum Balls

Here's a recipe for another one of my favorite Christmas cookies. I make these stronger than the recipe. Mine will knock your socks off! Best of all they are NO BAKE!


Mix together:

3 1/4 c crushed vanilla wafers
3/4 c confectioner's sugar
1/4 c unsweeted cocoa
1 1/2 c chopped nuts
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 cup rum

Combine crushed vanilla wafers, 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar, cocoa and nuts. Blend in corn syrup and rum. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in additional confectioners' sugar. Store in an airtight container several days to develop flavor. Roll again in confectioners' sugar before serving.
