You will need:
3 pkgs of cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Blend all ingredients together. Bake in a spring form pan for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
NOTE: I altered my Aunt's recipe. I like my cheesecake a little moister so I bake mine at 350 degrees for 50 min. I also substitue low-fat cream cheese and 3/4 cup of Splenda (or 18 packets of sugar substitute) for the sugar.
You can add chocolate chips to the mix, or top with fruit, whatever you'd like. It's a basic recipe you can have fun with!
